This is the latest customer-focused initative from UMC, which further strengthened its market position in 2014, achieving a volume increase of more than 16% over 2013. This confirmed our ranking as the number one authorised Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram distributor in the Middle East, and the world’s third largest distributor for the brands.
We now have a total of 62 total facilities, including showrooms, service centres, Mopar® ExpressLane quick service centres and parts outlets across the Kingdom – including dedicated certified pre-owned facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Based on the objective of providing the best, most convenient service to customers, this will rise to 70 facilities over the next two years.
